Hi, I’m Sarah Reardon.
I am a qualified practising dietitian, nutritionist and content creator.
I have always loved food and my interest in nutrition has really stemmed from my desire to help individuals discover how a balanced and sustainable diet can help prevent and treat chronic disease, promote longevity and make you feel amazing.
I have a special interest in diabetes (Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational), weight management, heart disease and digestive health - including IBS and coeliac disease, and sports nutrition.
My Approach
I specialise in private practice consulting and in an individualised approach for each individual client. My aim is to work with clients to make long lasting sustainable habits that work for them to achieve their goals.
